Father: William Dickson Mac Donald born Sept 24 1852 in Hantsport,NS and died Nov 9 1934 in Scots Bay, NS. He worked as shipwright, farmer and fisherman.

Mother: Enice Marie(Anthony)born Nov 20 1855 in either Pereau or Scots Bay, NS. She died June 10 1931 in Wolfville, NS. She and Jotham were married on Oct 10 1874. She was the daughter of James Francis Anthony and Sarah Sanford

There is some dispute as to what Jotham's middle name actually was. Some sources have it as Wellington while others have it as Warrington. His obituary says Wellington and information written down by his sister Maude says Warrington. Somewhere along the way Warren crept in as well..

Born: Dec 4, 1875 in Scots Bay and died Dec 9, 1952 in Ross Corner, Kings Co.

He was a fisherman for much of his life, but also worked in the shipyards in Scots Bay.

He married Mary Ellen Steele on March 28,1897 in Scots Bay. She was born on June 10, 1875 in Scots Bay the daughter of William Henry Steele and Rebecca Elizabeth Thorpe. She died on June 21, 1953
